Nicodemus Development is a construction company that specializes in all aspects of residential construction and remodeling. Owner David Nicodemus is a hands on licensed general contractor with home improvement certification. He personally oversees all projects. We are able to develop a personal and efficient working relationship with our customers. We are licensed, bonded and carry liability insurance, as well as, workers compensation.
Our projects range from new construction and additions to full or partial remodels. We are capable of building anything from conception to completion.
Owner David Nicodemus has been in the construction field for over 27 years, starting out with an apprenticeship in the carpenters union and working in commercial construction and adding fifteen years of custom home building and remodeling experience.
